Light and can easily fit in any spot in an apartment . Perfect height for me to do hip thrusts or bench press .

This is such a convenient piece of equipment, much easier than setting up plates every time I need elevation.
I am so lucky to have all of the BC hip thrust benches in my gym, and I really didn't think they could get any better tbh! BUT yet again Bret comes through with the goods! This bench is on a new level! It is just perfect that the back pads can be adjustable to suit everyone! I find the new rounded back pad a lot more comfortable, and the rotating back pad is game changer!!! My Clients and I found using the rotating back pad gave us a lot of lower glute engagement, and also SO comfortable for single leg variations! Just like most BC strength equipment, I love how versatile this bench is, the rounded back pad is perfect to utilise for Bulgarian split squats, and the nordic ham curls also work so well! You need this bench ;)
I just got mine last week along with the rotating bar pad. Never expected it to be so heavy and sturdy!! I loved it. It gives you perfect stability and the rotating back pad is a total game changer. You can feel the burn even without any weight on. Everyone should have a thruster at home or at their gym. This piece of equipment deserves to be as popular as the leg press. Thank you Bret for inventing so many cool stuff for us gym rats
This thruster is amazing! I put it together by myself; super easy assembly! I had been using the 2.0 version and recently purchased this one...wow! What a difference the back pad makes, the adjustable height settings and round pad make it soooo much more comfortable-I see major PRs in the near future!
One thing I wish were available is the ability to purchase the rotating back pad accessory separately...I didn't want to spend a whole lot so just went with the thruster itself, but in the future may want to purchase it as well.
Such a great space saving piece of equipment. It's more comfortable than a normal barbell because it's thicker and it's more stable because it's shorter. It's a game changer.
