Christmas Shipping

Please note our final shipping date before Christmas is Thursday 21 December. 

Orders will ship on Wednesday 27 December and Thursday 28 December. Returning to normal services on Tuesday 2 January 2024. Our customer service team will be operating at a reduced capacity from Friday 22 December until Tuesday 2 January 2024. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to order as soon as possible if you wish to receive your order before Christmas.

Suggested final order date to receive orders by Christmas:

Using the Shipping Calculator

The simplest method for checking your shipping rate is to add your required products to the cart and then use the shipping calculator located towards the bottom of the cart page. This will give you an accurate shipping estimate for the items you wish to purchase.

If your country is not listed please contact us with your product requirements and a shipping address for a quote.

Standard Delivery Timeframes

Delivery of products typically takes 7-10 days within Australia and up to 3 weeks for other destinations, except when placed during a pre-order period or if you have been notified otherwise. All timeframes provided are estimates only.

Important Note for non-AU purchases: 

When ordering products from BC Strength AU (Digital Start Lab Ltd) for delivery outside of Australia you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges.
