The BC T-Bell is a versatile plate-loaded training device that can be used for a wide range of exercises. We use the BC T-Bell at Glute Lab, specifically when performing elevated exercises like Straddle Lifts, Sumo Squats, Romanian Deadlifts and Bent Rows. The BC T-Bell can also be used for Sumo and Conventional Deadlifts.

The BC T-Bell holds standard Olympic plates (inside diameter of 2") and can also be used with resistance bands.

  • Zinc coated high strength carbon steel selection pin (rated to 750lbs/340kg)

Quality addition to my arsenal of training tools

I have kitted my home gym and have added a hex/trap bar because I prefer squatting without the weight on my back if I can. This is just the perfect way to graduate from the db straddle lift to a trap bar but obviously the strength gains would transfer to bar squat or deadlift equally.
I was surprised at how light it is and it is of excellent quality, like all BC Strength products. The pin does not slide out or jiggle. Just perfect.

More Than Just a Loading Pin

Another fantastic piece of equipment from The Glute Guy. This thing is simply amazing, versatile, and highly portable. With a variety of loading ranges this makes for a great glute and hamstring builder and can even be used to train the quads. I have even played around with performing T-Bell swings in lieu of kettlebell swings. It's also great for doing bent over rows and upright rows. Don't sleep on this product.
